Visualising radiation
The RAVIN CAM is an imaging survey meter designed specifically for nuclear medicine and radiation safety teams. It creates real-time images of radioactive sources, identifying isotopes with 1% energy resolution and providing real-time exposure readings.
Although the RAVIN CAM is a safety device, its value lies in enabling clinicians to work more efficiently and effectively, while increasing safety for patients, staff, and visitors. It can be used daily for routine procedures such as contamination surveys, decontamination, patient discharges, and the administration of radiopharmaceuticals. During incidents such as spills or medical incidents, the RAVIN CAM’s unique imaging capabilities are crucial in identifying and resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
