The RadiCatch toilet filtration system is a unique all-in-one toilet and filter that functions stand-alone or as part of the sewage system. It is safe and comfortable for patients and staff, and provides hospitals with an economical, environmentally friendly alternative to decay tanks.

By removing 99.99+ % of excreted radioactivity produced by various radionuclide therapies, the RadiCatch provides hospitals with increased treatment capacity. It also removes the need to shield sewages or manage complex decay tanks. The system is compact and can be fitted into a patient room or outpatient ward.

Easy to install

The RadiCatch only needs to be plumbed in and provided with a 220 V electrical supply.

Smart control

4G allows remote access and control. The system's touchscreen is easy to use for both patients and staff.

Vacuum technique

By flushing the toilet using a vacuum, the RadiCatch is compact and reduces the amount of water needed to operate. 

Disinfection

The system has an automatic internal disinfection function.

Consumables

The RadiCatch uses two consumable filter sets, which are clean, safe, and easy to change. Filter 1 is used for prefiltration of faeces and toilet paper while Filter 2 removes the radioactivity. 

Water buffer tank

The filtered water is held in a buffer tank held in a trolley. The tank is easy to change and empty, and can be sampled for testing if required. 

Hanging toilet bowl

The RadiCatch's toilet bowl is made of stainless steel and easy to clean. 

Transportable

The whole system can be moved by pallet truck. 

Compact

The whole system's footprint is only 40 D x 80 W cm.
