In addition to high quality power supplies for NIM, CAMAC, VME and VXI crates WIENER offers multi-channel low voltage power supplies and systems. Being vendor for all major physics research labs as CERN, Fermilab, DESY and other these power supplies were designed to feed sensitive analog electronic circuits with highly stabilized, low noise DC voltages.

Based on the well approved "low noise switch mode technology" WIENER developed the PL500 series multi-channel floating, low-voltage power supply systems to drive loads either via short cable or over long distances in sensed mode. Supporting the CERN LHC experiments a new radiation hard and magnetic field tolerant power supply system MARATON was designed.

In a joint venture with ISEG Spezialelektronik the universal computer controlled low-and high voltage power supply system “MPOD” was developed which can provide hundreds of low voltage (0…120V) or high voltage (up to 10kV) channels.

  • Modular design
  • Microprocessor controlled operation
  • Local and remote control with Ethernet, CAN-bus, RS232 or USB interfaces
  • Lowest noise switch mode or linear regulated power supplies, conform to CE, IEC and UL standards
