Introduction

CalUtility software is a graphical display and data logging program designed specifically to operate with Capintec CRC-15 CRC-25 and CRC-55 calibrators. Readings from the selected calibrator may be saved in a comma separated value (CSV) file format which can be easily viewed by a spreadsheet such as Excel.

System Requirements

Hardware

A PC capable of running one of the following operating systems with 3.5 MB of free disk space.

  • Windows XP
  • Windows Vista
  • Windows Server 2003/2008
  • Windows 7
  • Windows 8

Connections

The CRC-25 and CRC-55 require a USB port connection on the PC. (The USB cable required is a USB-A Male / USB-B Male).

CRC-15 requires an RS232 port (or an RS232 to USB adapter).

(The serial cable required is a DB9 Male to DB9 Female).
