Chemical detection in less than 20 seconds

The CheMSense Protect provides continuous air monitoring for key facilities and critical infrastructure across the civil and defence sectors, as well as mobile platforms including ships and vehicles. It detects potential chemical warfare agents and toxic industrial chemicals using multi-dimensional mass spectrometry (MDMS) in less than 20 seconds.

The system identifies potential threats by name, supporting fast decisions in potentially dangerous situations. It can be discreetly installed in public or private areas to stop exposure and limit contamination.

Features

Dual Ionisation

The CheMSense uses dual ionisation. Atmospheric pressure chemical ionisation (APCI) and photo electron impact ionisation (PEII) deliver highly sensitive and accurate analysis across a broad range of chemical threats.

MDMS

The CheMSense introduces multi-dimensional mass spectrometry (MDMS), allowing rapid threat assessment without membranes, filters or manual calibration to keep maintenance and consumable costs low.

Fast Results

With an extremely low false alarm rate and results produced in less than 20 seconds, the CheMSense delivers fast, accurate outcomes.

Easy Maintenance

The system’s self-diagnostics support a straightforward annual preventive maintenance routine, reducing downtime and overall operating costs.
